So können die zuständigen Durchgangsärzte (D-Ärzte) z.B. auf Entlassungsberichte aus Krankenhäusern zugreifen.
Auch weiterbehandelnde Institutionen wie Therapeuten vereinfacht dieser Zugriff die weitere Heilbehandlung.
Auch das Erfassen von Berufskrankheiten für Nachfolgeuntersuchungen oder weitere Spätfolgen werden hier hinterlegt zum Abruf.
